National Tennis Championship - Masters Romania

During these days in Sala Polivalenta, Bucharest the biggest ever national tennis event called Masters Romania takes place, an event where Olimpia Tennis Team had two players on the lists on the beggining of the competition: Raluca Olaru and Elena Bogdan.

First 6 male and female romanian players according to the ATP and WTA rankings on 15 november, first romanian junior boy and first romanian junior girl players and first male and female moldavian players were invited to compete in this national ending season event. Raluca Olaru was announced as being one of the players because of her WTA ranking, but she withdraw for medical reason few days before the start matches, so only Elena Bogdan designated as "the best junior female player from Romania" remains on the battle for the first places.

The men's draw was made by Sorana Carstea and the women's draw was made by Victor Hanescu, so here are the groups:

Women's groups:

Gold group:

Monica Niculescu , Simona Halep, Alexandra Dulgheru si  Anastasia Stepu 

Silver group:

Agnes Szatmari, Irina Begu, Mihaela Buzarnescu si Elena Bogdan.

Subsitute players: Elora Dabija si Laura Andrei.

Men's groups:

Blue group:

Victor Hanescu, Gabriel Moraru , Andrei Gorban, Marius Copil

Red group:

Victor Crivoi, Victor Ionita, Dacian Craciun, Catalin Gard

Substitute players: Razvan Sabau si Andrei Mlendea.

Rewards:

 - the winners of the competition, men's and women's will receive on 30 november the owning acts for the land on which ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM will build two houses delivered on the first semester of the 2009, the estimative cost of one house is 250.000 euro.

 - the second place will be rewarded with a Toyota Rav 4 car ( women's ) and a Subaru car ( Men's )

 - the third and the forth places will receive plane tickets for 2009 from Condor Travel Agency

 - the rest of the players will receive the latest generation of laptops named Flybook.

The total amount of the prizes is around 600.000 euro.
