Gae wins the doubles title in Bucharest

Diana Gae alongside Laura Andrei won the doubles competition of the $10.000 Bucharest 2009 held at the National Tennis Centre from Bucharest.

Nominated as the seeds number two Diana/Laura managed to win round by round against Danaila/Popovici with 64, 61, in quarterfinals against Tepper/Tepper with 62, 61, in the semifinals against Begu/Damaschin with 46, 62, 10-5 and in the final against Mladenova/Zafirova with  61, 57, 14-12.
