Grigoriu took the doubles title in Chisinau

Patrick Grigoriu participated at the ITF Juniors grade 3 event "Trofeul D. Sturza" and managed to win the gold medal in the doubles draw alongside his partner Florin-Valentin Popescu, stepping round by roung the following teams: Dimitry Mamedov ( UKR )/ Denys Pume ( UKR ) - first round, score 62, 76(3); Maxim Dubarenco ( MOL ) / Silviu Mistreanu ( ROU ) - quaterfinal, score 64, 64; Yannis Baltogiannis ( BEL ) / Goergy Zerkalov ( RUS ) - semifinal, score 62, 62.

In the final Patrick / Valentin beat the team Maksim Lagutin / Oleksiy Odazhyu from Ukraine in straight sets with 76(3), 64.
