Olaru went out from Gaz de France Suez

Raluca Olaru played her first match in the qualifying rounds of the $700.000 WTA event Gaz de France Suez against Emilie Loit from France losing the encounter with 16, 26.

Raluca said after the match at the press conference:

"I am very tired. I had to be awake at 4 o'clock in the morning to catch the plane. I was in Estonia with the Romanian Fed Cup Team. I arrived in Paris in the afternoon, I rest a little bit and I practiced on a court which was different from the court I've played in Estonia, also the balls were different. Raluca participated in the last days in Tallin ( Estonia ) alongside the Fed Cup Team at the euro-african zone matches, playing in doubles with Sorana Cirstea against Bosnia-Hertegovina. Raluca / Sorana won the match against Mervana Juglic-Salkic / Sandra Martinovic in straight sets with 61, 62.
