So sad, but in the same time so beautiful!

The echo of the remarkable facts materialized in the past by the former president Octavian Dimofte didn't cease to become visible for almost every sportsmen licensed at Olimpia Bucharest, during these days a lot of memorial materials being received at the players website contact email. In the same time many of Olimpia's performers published, in various ways, a batch of materials which narrate feelings, happenings, things that occured in the past alongside one special person which was their support on the tough road of achieving the performance in sport.
 
One female tennis player sent this picture wanting somehow to thanks to Mister Octavian Dimofte, but in the same time to express her regrets for the fact that they didn't celebrate together the National Women's Team Champion title obtained this year with the Olimpia Women's Team.
 
"So sad, but in the same time so beautiful" is this gesture made by this female tennis player which wanted to specify that the players pledge was kept and the wish of Mister Octavian Dimofte - winning the gold in next National Women's Team Championships ( expressed during the ceremony made after the Runner-up place obtained in the 2007 National Women's Team Championships ) was respected and fulfilled.

We remind you that the end of december brought a tremendous loss for the romanian sport movement due to the death of a remarkable person on both national and international level, a person who rised every day the performance lath, passing with stoicism through all impediments met during his life as a sportsman, referee, national coach, president of a sports club, president of a federation, member of the Romanian Olympic Committee and fighting for gold in sport and value among sportsmen no matter was the sport branch.
 
After a long and painfull suffering period a loved and appreciated leader has gone.

As for the tennis division, there are no words to be said in order to just try to say something in this moments. He was one of the persons who stood alongside us in every second, both from his office and from the back of the tennis fances. 
 
We will never forget you, dear Octavian Dimofte!
