Olimpia Tennis: How did you discover this sport?
Camelia Hristea: It all began as a simple child's play. I saw a game at 7 years old and I was pleasantly impressed by it. Having an ambitious nature I spoke with my parents. They gave me all the support being aware that first of all sport means health.

Olimpia Tennis: If it weren't tennis would it have been another sport?
Camelia Hristea: In the period I started playing tennis I liked gymnastics a lot, but, due to the training terms and the sacrifices that must be made to be among the best I realized that gymnastics is not for me.

Olimpia Tennis: Did you have moments when you wanted to quit?
Camelia Hristea: Sport resembles mostly with an army program. You start valuing small things, because you always have to be ready to go into training, physical practice etc, and not mentioning that is very hard to start doing something else. Everything has to resume to sports meaning tennis.

Olimpia Tennis: How many hours a day do you practice?
Camelia Hristea: The average for training is about 2-3 hours a day, about 90 minutes of physical practice, but sometimes I can say that from the will to exceed I overcome this line staying more after training.

Olimpia Tennis: Which shot is your favorite?
Camelia Hristea: I can say that my favorite shot the stop hit or "short". I like to use it because I often score with it.
